Open Active Trader Platform
Make sure that you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player. You may locate the link for downloading Adobe Flash Player here:
If you are not using Windows, Internet Explorer, click on “Different Operating System or Browser?” and select the appropriate operating system you are using.
If the issue us still not resolved, try using Internet Explorer to eliminate other possible reasons for the error. Also, feel free to contact Active Trader Group for further trouble shooting assistance.
